【How to enter the park and how to use】

Tourists with ID cards: After successfully purchasing tickets, please check in the park with your ID card from the East Palace Gate, North Palace Gate, Xinjian Palace Gate, South Ruyi Gate, North Ruyi Gate, and West Gate of the park.

Discounted tickets/Tourists holding foreigners' permanent residence ID cards/passports/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan documents: After successfully purchasing tickets, please enter the park from the park's East Palace Gate, North Palace Gate, Xinjian Palace Gate, South Ruyi Gate, North Ruyi Gate, and West Gate with your QR code and discounted certificates/foreigner permanent residence ID card/passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan documents.

*Important: Please be sure to bring the original second-generation ID card, foreigner's permanent residence ID card, passport, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan permit and other relevant documents consistent with the ticket purchase information, and enter the park, otherwise you will not be able to enter the park.

【Scenic Opening Hours】

High season (April 1 - October 31):

6:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m., quiet garden time: 20:00.

The opening hours of the paid courtyard are 8:00-17:30, and the quiet garden is 18:00

Low season (November 1 - March 31):

6:30 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., quiet garden time: 19:00.

Paid courtyard opening hours: 8:30-16:30, quiet garden time: 17:00

【Refund and Change Rules】

If the order includes multiple people, a separate refund can be made

Once the electronic ticket is verified for admission to the park, it cannot be refunded.

【Invoice Description】

After the electronic ticket is used, you can issue an electronic invoice through the ticket purchase record in the official account.

【Free ticket policy】

1. Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) in height are free of charge;

2. Tourists holding their "Beijing Pass - Pension and Disability Card" swipe their cards to enter the park;

3. Tourists aged 60 and above from other provinces and cities enter the park with ID card verification;

4. Tourists aged 60 and above holding a permanent residence ID card for foreigners can enter the park with valid documents;

5. Foreign tourists aged 60 and above enter the park with passport verification;

6. Disabled people can enter the park with valid documents;

7. Active duty soldiers, armed police officers and soldiers, fire rescue personnel and retired soldiers can enter the park with valid documents (excluding the preferential treatment certificate for veterans of the People's Republic of China);
