Regulations on preferential fares for the Summer Palace

1. Free tickets

1. Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) in height are free of charge;

2. Tourists holding their "Beijing Tongyi Pension and Disability Card" swipe their cards to enter the park;

3. Tourists aged 60 and above from other provinces and cities enter the park with ID card verification;

4. Tourists aged 60 and above holding a permanent residence ID card for foreigners can enter the park with valid documents;

5. Foreign tourists aged 60 and above enter the park with passport verification;

6. Disabled people can enter the park with valid documents;

7. Active duty soldiers, armed police officers and soldiers, fire rescue personnel and retired soldiers can enter the park with valid documents (excluding the preferential treatment certificate for veterans of the People's Republic of China);

8. College, middle and primary school students collectively visit the patriotic education base Cultivation and Weaving Diagram Water Exercise School and Yishou Hall, and make an appointment for free admission. Reservation hotline: 010-62881144 ext. 6224;

2. Preferential tickets

9. For minors aged 6 (excluding 6 years old) ~ 18 years old (including 18 years old), and full-time students with a bachelor's degree or below, discount tickets can be purchased with a valid ID card or student ID card. Young people traveling to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and other countries can purchase tickets and purchase discount tickets with valid identity certificates such as "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents", "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or student ID cards;

10. For minors aged 6 (excluding 6 years old) ~ 18 years old (including 18 years old), holding a permanent residence ID card for foreigners, and full-time students with a bachelor's degree or below, discount tickets can be purchased with valid documents or student ID cards.

11. Holders of social security payment certificates can purchase preferential tickets with valid certificates;

3. Holidays and other preferential exemptions

12. On Women's Day and Youth Day, preferential tickets can be purchased for collective park visits to the group with letters of introduction from holders;

13. On International Children's Day, children can enter the park free of charge. Children and primary school students who visit the park in groups can also enter the park free of charge if the teacher leads no more than 10% of the children they bring;

14. Tour guides leading groups to the park must present the official tour guide certificate issued by the state, travel agency itinerary, and dispatch form to enter the park for free. Unlicensed tour guides or those whose documents do not meet the requirements will purchase tickets to enter the park.
