In the sales front end, we've built a comprehensive online new media matrix, opened up over 10,000 offline sales channels, and developed a multi-brand, multi-outlet chain restaurant network. This enables us to achieve a full-scene three-dimensional marketing layout.

In the back-end, we provide strong safeguards for front-end sales leveraging our R&D team of professional chefs, collaborating with leading supply-chain factories, and capitalizing on our robust cold-chain logistics system.

Meanwhile, we've efficiently managed over 20 million members via our CRM system and accomplished comprehensive group-wide data management through the ERP system. These efforts have propelled the Group to make substantial headway in its efficient operation and sustainable development.

Since opening its first restaurant at China World Mall in Beijing in December 2020, MALUJI has been growing at a remarkable pace. To date, we have completed the layout of 48 restaurant across 20 cities nationwide,

covering Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Qingdao, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Jinan, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan, Shenzhen, Kunming, Lanzhou, Shenyang, Changchun, etc.

In 2023, the MALUJI branded restaurant was listed on Dianping's Must-Eat List.

Since the opening of its first Sichuan Snack Collection diner in early 2024, MALUJI has established over 130 such diners across more than 79 cities in China. 

MALUJI has always put the consumer experience and feedback first. With our executive chef team fully committed to the R&D of e-commerce products, we've launched over 60 SKUs and presented a series of best-sellers, including Hot and Sour Noodles and Boiled Duck Blood.

Specifically, Total Cumulative Sales of Hot and Sour Noodles (Instant Series) Across Online Platforms: over 170 million buckets, and maintained their TOP 1 position in both sales and word-of-mouth in the instant food category across major platforms.

MALUJI has established its presence in eight cities across China, including Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Hangzhou, and Zhengzhou, with eight Regional Distribution Centers (RDC) featuring three-temperature-zone distribution warehouses. Additionally, it has set up nine Front-end Distribution Centers (DC) in Shenyang, Qingdao, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, Hohhot, Lanzhou, Kunming, and Taiyuan. The company facilitates one-piece dropshipping for online sales and handles distribution for offline dealers, supermarkets, and catering businesses. It processes tens of thousands of orders daily, providing customers with an efficient logistics service experience.

Currently, MALUJI's e-commerce products are available for purchase in more than 200 cities (except Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and have been sampled by tens of millions of customers. We've achieved a repurchase rate of over 70% across all online platforms, demonstrating high market recognition.

Moreover, a range of MALUJI products have won professional awards frequently on various platforms and continue to top various lists.

After four years of steady development, MALUJI has built a unique online and offline product matrix by taking traditional Sichuan cuisine as the cornerstone and integrating China-chic elements, achieving an innovative breakthrough in China's catering sector and spearheading Chinese cuisine‘s march to the international market.
