China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd. (CYTS)

CYTS is a witness to the reform and opening up of China's tourism industry. In 1980, approved by the Party Central Committee, CYTS became the first travel agency enterprise founded after China's reform and opening up. In 1997, CYTS became the first A-share listed company with A complete tourism concept. At the end of 2017, in accordance with the spirit of the central group reform, CYTS was transferred from the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League to China Everbright Group as a whole, listed in the series of enterprises directly under Everbright Group at the first level, and became the only listed tourism company with the development background of a large central financial holding group. The actual controller of the company was also changed from the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League to The State Council.
